As a key member of Sienna’s care team, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Care to enhance residents’ experiences. Your duties will include delivering nursing care in accordance with established plans and promoting effective communication with your colleagues. Ensure a compassionate environment while overseeing the care provided by resident support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement nursing care based on physician’s directives

• Ensure standards for nursing and personal care

• Create a positive atmosphere through collaboration

• Guide Personal Support Workers in their tasks

• Conduct assessments for resident admissions and care changes

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Experience in the senior health sector is beneficial

• Strong judgement and risk assessment abilities

• Legally eligible for employment in Canada

• Complete a Vulnerable Sector Check as required
