Position: Clinical Supervisor for Health Team
Lead patient care excellence as a Clinical Supervisor rsee PSWs and HSWs to deliver ethical, high-quality community health services while fostering supportive long-term relationships.

In this full-time role with Para Med, you will supervise front-line care staff, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and policies. Engage regularly with community staff and families and lead safety initiatives. Collaborate closely with nursing teams to optimize clinical documentation and effectively address patient needs through strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise PSWs and HSWs to ensure care compliance

• Resolve concerns from patients, families, and staff

• Conduct ongoing leadership meetings and huddles

• Initiate patient safety investigations and document findings

• Collaborate on clinical documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Current RN or RPN registration with no restrictions

• Minimum 5 years’ nursing experience required

• Strong patient health assessment and community nursing skills

• Proven team leadership experience

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
