Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program

Current, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice

Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, long-term care setting, or other healthcare environment

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

A commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care

Key Responsibilities

As an LPN, you will:

Supervise and support daily nursing operations during your assigned shift

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents

Monitor residents' conditions and report changes appropriately

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support exceptional resident outcomes

Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in maintaining the highest standards of resident care and clinical excellence
