To be successful in this role, you should have:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse programCurrent, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practiceMinimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, long-term care setting, or other healthcare environmentStrong clinical, communication, and organizational skillsA commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered careKey Responsibilities
As an LPN, you will:
Supervise and support daily nursing operations during your assigned shiftEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and proceduresDeliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residentsMonitor residents' conditions and report changes appropriatelyCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support exceptional resident outcomesAssist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in maintaining the highest standards of resident care and clinical excellenceWhy HMR Veterans Services?
