Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ foot health using specialized assessment techniques

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Keep detailed and updated patient records

Requirements:

• Registration with CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing

• Advanced Foot Care Certification completion

• Community care experience is an asset

• Reliable and flexible in patient transport

• Availability for on-call duties
