Part-Time RPN

Position: Join AgeCare as a Part-Time RPN
Become a part-time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) at Age Care Trilogy in Scarborough, ON. Deliver compassionate nursing care while collaborating with a dedicated health care team.

In this temporary role, the RPN will provide essential nursing services in accordance with Age Care’s mandates. You will work alongside Registered Nurses and coordinate activities with Personal Support Workers to meet each resident's needs. Strong knowledge of health care regulations and geriatric care is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and assessment for residents

• Collaborate with team members and external health services

• Lead Personal Support Workers in care delivery

• Conduct shift reports to update care team members

• Participate in revising nursing care procedures

Requirements:

• Certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience in long-term or geriatric nursing

• Knowledge of relevant health disciplines and acts

• Strong communication skills for teamwork

• Maintain good standing with nursing registration
