In this permanent position, you will report to the Patient Care Manager within the CP2 Hemodialysis unit.
Your role includes delivering nursing care based on a structured plan while ensuring safety and health standards. Ideal candidates will embody elements like clinical skills, communication proficiency, and problem-solving abilities to collaborate effectively and support patient outcomes in a bustling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care based on pre-set care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care
• Perform assessments and interventions as needed
• Rotate between various hemodialysis units and satellite sites
• Maintain documentation and adhere to safety protocols
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Completion of a medication course for RNs
• At least one year of hemodialysis experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to ethical conduct and team collaboration
