Days, evenings, nights, weekends & holidays as required
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care.
Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patients' conditions.
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, PSWs, and other care team members.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and changing patient needs.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Follow infection control, health and safety, and facility procedures.
Ensure a safe, respectful, and professional care environment.
Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration in the applicable province.
Valid CPR/BLS certification.
Previous clinical or healthcare experience is an asset.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
Ability and willingness to travel for assignments.
