Family Practice Registered Practical Nurse

Join Unity Health Toronto as a Registered Practical Nurse in the Family Practice Unit, supporting patient-centered care in a full-time, temporary position. You will promote wellness and ensure quality health service delivery across several clinics in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver culturally appropriate, patient-centered nursing care

• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families

• Perform medical procedures like immunizations and assessments

Requirements:

• Practical Nursing Diploma and current BLS Certificate

• Minimum 2 years in Primary Care or Family Practice

• Knowledge of Diabetes Education Principles preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
