Registered Practical Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in continuous quality improvement standards

• Assess individual resident needs for personalized care plans

• Supervise attendant care in line with resident care plans

• Manage medication distribution and treatments accurately

• Maintain accurate nursing records and incident documentation

Requirements:

• Valid RPN license with good standing in Ontario

• Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED certified

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven experience in a health care setting preferred

• Able to work independently and demonstrate leadership skills
