This position is a permanent, full-time role designed to facilitate a learning environment that directly impacts patient outcomes. You will assess the educational needs of nursing staff, craft detailed education plans, and monitor their implementation across the center. Your goal will be to support both new and existing staff in professional growth and clinical competency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement effective education plans for nursing staff
• Analyze learning needs for current and incoming nurses
• Collaborate with managers on educational integration
• Evaluate educational programs and receive staff feedback
• Support nursing students through mentorship
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Education
• Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 3-5 years clinical nursing experience
• Adult education experience preferred
• Proven clinical educational leadership
