As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will report to the Nurse Manager while providing direct nursing care and clinical leadership. This role is central to assessing residents’ needs and implementing individualized care strategies. The RPN will also effectively communicate with interdisciplinary team members and maintain high standards in documentation and medication safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centered nursing care with a focus on dignity

• Conduct and document nursing assessments systematically

• Communicate important changes in resident status promptly

• Collaborate with care teams to enhance care delivery

• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Current CNO registration as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Commitment to following FLTCA standards

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Current CPR/BLS certification required

• Provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
