Position: UHN Patient Care Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee administrative operations for effective unit functionality

• Coach team members to support collaborative learning

• Execute financial duties aligned with patient care needs

• Undertake additional tasks as required

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a Baccalaureate, Master’s preferred

• Active licensure from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Two years in a CVICU or Critical Care setting

• Proven experience in leadership and team dynamics

• Strong communication and client service orientation
