In this role at the Complex Care and Recovery Program, you will focus on delivering therapeutic support and treatment to a diverse range of clients. Your responsibilities will include assessing client needs, providing group therapy, and contributing to the education of nursing students. The role includes participation in quality initiatives aimed at improving clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective group therapy sessions for clients
• Assess and monitor mental health treatment needs
• Collaborate on evidence-based nursing projects
• Support nursing students and oversee their practical training
• Participate in enhancing program quality and compliance
Requirements:
• Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Two years of relevant nursing experience required
• Experience in psychiatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care
• Computer literacy and virtual programming comfort
