Position: Clinical Supervisor for Community Care
Take charge of community health with Para Med as a Clinical Supervisor. Supervise Personal Support Workers and Health Support Workers to ensure quality patient care in the community.

Para Med is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee a team of PSWs and HSWs. This full-time role requires strong management skills, clinical assessment expertise, and a commitment to ethical care. You will collaborate with nursing partners and engage patients in identifying their health needs while ensuring compliance with standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise PSWs and HSWs, ensuring adherence to practices

• Resolve community staff and patient concerns effectively

• Lead regular team meetings and one-on-ones

• Initiate patient safety investigations and documentation

• Collaborate on clinical documentation per funder guidelines

Requirements:

• Current RN or RPN registration in Ontario

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience

• Strong patient health assessment skills

• Proven experience in team leadership

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
