At CAMH, you will be part of a dynamic team in a 25-bed inpatient service dedicated to assisting clients with mental health and addiction issues. Your responsibilities include programming development, group facilitation, and providing mentorship to students under a well-structured orientation program. Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients, families, and the care team
• Conduct assessments for mental health and substance use
• Facilitate and document client treatment outcomes
• Mentor nursing students and contribute to group programming
• Engage in ongoing training on trauma-informed care
Requirements:
• Must be registered with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Valid B.C.L.S. (CPR) certification mandatory
• CNA certification in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing preferred
• Experience in psychiatric nursing or addiction recovery
• Proven leadership and organizational aptitude
