This position is ideal for determined RPNs looking to provide high-quality nursing care. You will carry out nursing duties that include administering medications and managing health conditions. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver hands-on nursing and care solutions
• Administer medications per guidelines of the RPN
• Care for clients reliant on ventilators or tracheostomies
• Document client conditions accurately
• Work closely with families and healthcare providers
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum of one year in nursing preferred
• Strong organizational and assessment skills
• Ability to obtain a Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
