Step into a critical role as a Registered Nurse in the ICU at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Provide care for level 2 and level 3 patients through strong assessment and intervention skills.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. The position requires current CNO registration, critical care experience in trauma/neuro environments, and a B.C.L.S. Certificate. Your ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-moving setting is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and provide care for level 2 and 3 patients
• Implement nursing interventions promptly and efficiently
• Educate patients and their families on care plans
• Advocate for patient needs within the care team
• Support the core principles of patient-focused care
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid B.C.L.S. Certificate
• Minimum 2 years in Critical Care
• Relevant Trauma/Neuro experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork capability
