As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will practice in line with UHN's Professional Practice Model while providing compassionate care to a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent geriatric rehabilitation care
• Uphold professional and ethical practices
• Engage in ongoing education and skill development
• Assess and enhance nursing practice for quality improvement
• Take on additional tasks as requested
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• BScN degree preferred
