Our client is a well-established healthcare organization in Toronto seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients, monitor conditions, and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and clinical procedures as prescribed.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and clinical information.
  • Assist physicians and healthcare professionals with patient care and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and emergency situations.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment, medication, and ongoing care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
  • Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver effective patient care.
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and supportive clinical environment.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) is required.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licence to practise in Ontario.
  • Clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong patient-care, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
  • Knowledge of medication administration, infection control, and nursing procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
Good to Have
  • Experience in acute care, emergency, medical-surgical, ICU, or long-term care.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
  • Additional nursing certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or relevant specialty training.
  • Previous experience working within the Canadian healthcare system.
