Cogir Senior Living is seeking a values-driven Health and Wellness Manager to oversee their clinical program. This role requires exceptional clinical competence, strong leadership, and empathetic communication. You'll work closely with the Executive Director and regional teams, ensuring personalized care and compliance with health regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical program and resident care initiatives
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized service plans
• Recruit and train clinical staff for optimal performance
• Collaborate with managers to enhance resident satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse or equivalent certification
• Minimum five years of clinical experience with leadership roles
• Experience in a retirement residence setting
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
