What You'll Do
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities include:
Providing routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residentsAssisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobilitySupporting residents' physical, emotional, and social well-beingObserving and reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing leadershipMaintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environmentFollowing individualized care plans and facility policies to deliver exceptional resident careQualifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license/certification in accordance with state regulationsCompassionate, resident-centered approach to careStrong communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to providing dignified and respectful care to Veterans and fellow residentsJoin a Mission That Matters
