Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support to families during donations
• Conduct clinical assessments of potential organ donors
• Partner with health care providers for successful donations
• Maintain precise documentation in compliance with guidelines
• Engage in on-call shifts and travel as needed
Requirements:
• Nursing Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum three years in critical care or organ donation
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Valid G driver’s license and vehicle access
