Humber River Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a temporary full-time position in the NICU at the Wilson Site. This role emphasizes total patient care for infants from 30 weeks gestation to term, along with essential parent education and discharge planning. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be instrumental in enhancing patient outcomes through advanced technology and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive care for premature and ill newborns

• Support families with education and resources

• Facilitate effective discharge planning

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Ensure high standards of patient safety and care

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current Ontario registration

• Valid BCLS/CPR certification

• Current NRP certificate or willingness to obtain

• Preferred NICU and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications

• Previous level II or III nursing experience preferred
