Inpatient Surgery Registered Nurse at Humber River

This temporary full-time RN role is available for skilled nursing professionals at the Wilson Site, focusing on surgical patient care. Your responsibilities will include care planning, collaboration with team members, and the use of electronic systems for efficient patient documentation. The position also requires active involvement in charge responsibilities and participation in hospital-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill RN responsibilities for surgical patients daily

• Coordinate care effectively with team members

• Document patient care thoroughly using technology

• Participate in committees and hospital projects

• Assume resource and charge responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Required BCLS certification or competency

• Experience in acute surgical care settings

• Skills in patient assessments and education

• Willingness to meet attendance and discipline standards
