Role Description

The Clinic Research Nurse Coordinator at FACET Dermatology is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This position is responsible for coordinating clinical research activities, including patient screening, enrollment, informed consent, and ongoing study visits. The role involves implementing and adhering to study protocols, collecting and documenting clinical data, and maintaining accurate research records. The coordinator collaborates with dermatologists, investigators, and external partners to ensure regulatory and ethical compliance, while supporting patient safety and education.

Daily responsibilities also include scheduling, monitoring study timelines, communicating with sponsors or CROs, and contributing to continuous improvement of research processes within the clinic.

Qualifications
  • Clinical nursing expertise, including Nursing and Oncology Nursing skills relevant to dermatology research.
  • Foundational knowledge of Medicine and its application to dermatologic conditions and treatments.
  • Strong Research skills, including study coordination, data collection, documentation, and ethical compliance.
  • Ability to interpret, implement, and adhere to clinical study Protocol requirements.
  • Current RN license (or equivalent) in good standing in Ontario.
  • Experience in clinical trials or research coordination in dermatology or related fields is an asset.
  • Proficient in electronic medical records and basic data management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and support a patient-centered environment.
