As a Registered Nurse (RN), your role is to provide nursing care aligned with established medical and nursing practices. You’ll lead teams of practical nurses and support workers, ensuring streamlined communication and high-quality services for residents. Your expertise will be vital in monitoring health changes and adhering to care protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing services for resident care
• Supervise nursing staff during shifts
• Record significant changes in resident health
• Implement physician orders promptly
• Maintain documentation according to nursing standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is essential
• Experienced in geriatric and long-term care nursing
• Knowledge of nursing regulations and standards
• Active and good standing provincial registration
• Strong leadership and communication skills
