Join Herc Rentals as an Occupational Nurse dedicated to employee health and safety. Focus on managing workplace injuries and supporting safety protocols across multiple locations.
This impactful role involves collaboration with the Risk and Safety Departments to ensure efficient management of workplace claims and health initiatives. As an Occupational Nurse, you will handle initial injury reports, provide crisis support, and contribute to the Return to Work (RTW) Program.
Your role will require on-the-ground clinical expertise and strong communication skills to effectively navigate health-related incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on workplace injury management strategies
• Conduct health education training for staff
• Provide timely healthcare coordination for injuries
• Maintain documentation for health cases and interventions
• Liaise with external medical providers for care
Requirements:
• Must hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 3-5 years in occupational health nursing required
• Experience with return-to-work programs
• Must travel and work on-call
• Valid G driver’s license necessary
