Spectrum Health Care invites applications for a full-time Registered Nurse position at 1709 Bloor Street West, Toronto. This is a minimum 12-month contract with the possibility of permanence, involving 12-hour shifts. Nurses will provide high-quality nursing care focusing on wound management, infusion therapy, palliative care, and chronic disease management while enjoying professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver holistic nursing care tailored to each patient
• Implement best practices for optimal outcomes
• Continually evaluate and meet patient needs
• Manage a diverse caseload independently
• Teach and support patients in their health care
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of community nursing experience
• Good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Verbal and written English proficiency essential
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
