Care Director

Position: Sienna Senior Living Care Director
Lead with compassion as the Associate Director of Care at Sienna Senior Living in Scarborough, Ontario. This full-time, temporary position will allow you to influence clinical practices and enhance the quality of life for seniors.

In this significant role, you will provide clinical guidance to staff while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and improving resident outcomes. The Associate Director of Care is instrumental in cultivating a positive work environment and enriching the lives of those under your care. Your leadership will be vital in fostering effective communication and teamwork within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and train nursing team members effectively

• Collaborate on personalized care plans for residents

• Monitor care quality and implement improvements

• Ensure regulatory compliance in long-term care

• Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing Science or higher education

• RN/RPN registered with the College of Nurses

• 1 year Long Term Care experience mandatory

• 2-3 years experience in a health managerial role

• Compassionate dedication to senior care and teamwork
