As a Temporary Full Time Registered Practical Nurse, you will work rotating shifts focusing on delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. Your technical skills and commitment to clinical excellence will greatly enhance patient recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and manage medication administration
• Perform intravenous therapy and intramuscular injections
• Facilitate patient education for post-operative health
• Engage with patients for pain management support
• Document all patient interactions in Meditech
Requirements:
• Two-year RPN diploma from an accredited program
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Preferred experience of at least 1 year in acute surgical nursing
• Required BCLS certification
