VHA Home Health Care is searching for a part-time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with Advanced Foot Care Certification. In this position, you will deliver tailored foot care services aimed at improving health and mobility for clients who struggle with foot maintenance. Your significant impact in their day-to-day lives will allow for joy and independence at home and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop personalized foot care plans
• Monitor clients' health and adjust care as needed
• Provide treatment to prevent foot complications
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards
• Participate in professional team meetings regularly
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid Advanced Foot Care Certificate
• Minimum 100 hours experience as a Foot Care Nurse
• CPR Certification essential
• Reliable vehicle and Ontario G2 or G license required
