In this role, you'll provide comprehensive foot care services, helping clients of all ages manage their health effectively at home or in community settings. Your ability to educate clients while developing individualized care plans will play a vital role in enhancing their overall well-being and mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize assessment tools to determine foot health care needs
• Monitor and execute personalized care initiatives
• Engage with patients through a trusted and collaborative approach
• Maintain thorough patient documentation and records
Requirements:
• CNO Registered Nurse certification in good standing
• Successful completion of an Advanced Foot Care Certification
• Previous experience in community care is preferred
• Flexible approach to travel between patient locations
• Willingness to provide on-call support as needed
