Elevate patient care as a Nurse Clinician with Humber River Health's Vascular Access team. This casual role requires expertise in infusion therapy and Vascular Access Device management.
Humber River Health is seeking a Nurse Clinician to join their innovative Vascular Access team. You will leverage your nursing skills in infusion care and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. This role involves leadership, coaching, and quality improvement activities focused on IV therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and skill in infusion care
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams with expert advice and resources
• Coach staff and educate patients on infusion therapy
• Participate in monitoring quality outcomes related to IV therapy
• Conduct individual coaching and develop educational in-services
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in good standing with CNO
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required
• Minimum two years clinical experience in infusion therapy
• Current membership with CVAA
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
