Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and identify learning needs

• Develop and evaluate personalized care plans

• Engage in critical inquiry to select evidence-based interventions

• Organize and adjust nursing care activities as necessary

• Document observations and facilitate discharge planning

Requirements:

• Current General Class Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Recent Operating Room clinical experience (1 year minimum)

• Post Diploma RN Perioperative Nursing Certificate required

• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
