Key Responsibilities:

• Support nurses in compliance with standards of practice

• Resolve concerns from community staff and families

• Conduct regular meetings and team huddles

• Initiate patient safety incident investigations

• Collaborate on clinical documentation needs

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum of 5 years as a practicing Registered Nurse

• Strong organizational and teaching skills

• Valid driver's license and transportation access

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS)
