VHA Home Health Care seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for its Adult Visiting Program. You will primarily provide advanced clinical care, enrich the lives of clients aged 18 and older while managing complex nursing tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and coordinate care for diverse client needs
• Administer complex nursing services, including IV and wound care
• Provide ongoing mental health support to clients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation per CNO standards
• Participate in team meetings and on-call rotations as needed
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience with community nursing preferred
• Strong communication skills for client interactions
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• CPR certification and nursing diploma required
