Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in scrubbing and circulating during surgeries
• Maintain patient flow in the Surgical/Ambulatory setting
• Set up for diverse minor surgical procedures
• Implement plans of care for surgical patients
• Participate in unit quality initiatives and measures
Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Registration from CNO
• 2-4 years experience in an acute surgical environment
• Knowledge of surgical/ambulatory procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Competence in understanding surgical patient needs
