As a critical member of the healthcare team, the Registered Nurse at Osler will provide quality nursing care to paediatric and NICU patients. This role demands adherence to nursing practice standards, along with a commitment to professional development and compassionate patient care. You will utilize your skills in various aspects of nursing, ensuring a safe and effective care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer patient assessments and develop care plans
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Respond to emergencies and recognize health status changes
• Educate patients and families for continuity of care
Requirements:
• Minimum two years NICU and paediatrics experience
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program certificate
• Completion of breastfeeding e-learning course
• Preferred:
Neonatal Intensive Care course
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
