Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate patient care in line with nursing standards
• Ensure ethical practice according to Ontario College of Nurses
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development
• Reflect on and improve nursing practice based on evidence
• Undertake additional responsibilities as requested
Requirements:
• Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification
• Flexible and effective within a patient care team
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Meet the physical demands of the role
