The RN will provide expert geriatric nursing care for patients with dementia, leading inter-professional planning and family education to promote quality of life.
The role requires a nursing degree, CCN of Ontario, and 2–5 years dementia care experience. Expect rotation shifts and strong teamwork within a teaching hospital environment.
