The Registered Nurse will provide primary care for critical care medical-surgical patients in a patient-centered environment. Candidates must hold a current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and have three years of critical care experience. Commitment to continuing education, effective communication, and teamwork is essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary care for Level III critical care patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Support patients and families in a compassionate manner
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations
• Utilize critical thinking skills to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred
• Three years of Level 2 or 3 critical care experience
• Completion of a recognized Critical Care Course
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
