Cogir Senior Living seeks Registered Practical Nurses for its multidisciplinary care teams. You will deliver planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care under provincial standards. The work includes personalized services, care-plan evaluation, clinical documentation, and communication with residents, families, and teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care
- Build trusted relationships through continuous, effective communication
- Implement and evaluate care-plan effectiveness
- Complete accurate, current clinical assessments and documentation
- Teach, delegate, direct, coach, and mentor care providers
- Current provincial registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
- Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge and critical thinking
- Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Strong written, oral, organizational, and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
