Administer flu vaccinations as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse with Spectrum Health Care in Toronto, Ontario. Flexible weekday clinic hours are available.
Spectrum Health Care is hiring Flu Clinic Nurses to oversee immunization clinics and deliver quality patient care. Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses assess patient needs, prepare vaccinations, provide aftercare instructions, and answer immunization questions. The position supports documentation meeting Spectrum Health Care and College of Nurses of Ontario standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs before flu immunization
- Prepare and administer flu vaccinations
- Provide aftercare instructions and related documentation
- Answer flu immunization questions
- Maintain patient documentation according to required standards
- Current CNO registration and good standing
- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse designation
- Minimum one year nursing experience preferred
- Excellent patient assessment and teaching skills
- English proficiency and independent caseload management ability
