This Director of Care manages the nursing department and resident care services, with accountability to the Administrator. You will build a strong nursing team and manage resources in the nursing envelope. Care delivery must reflect legislative requirements and Sienna Senior Living standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee overall nursing department management
- Manage resident care services
- Develop and strengthen the nursing team
- Apply effective nursing resource management
- Support the transition to the new development
- Ability to ensure optimal care and service delivery
- Understanding of legislative care requirements
- Ability to follow Sienna Senior Living standards
- Commitment to resident-focused nursing leadership
- Responsibility for health and safety policy compliance
