Key Responsibilities:
Provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care
Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and teams
Implement and evaluate care plans, making changes as required
Complete accurate, current clinical assessments and documentation
Teach, delegate, direct, coach, and mentor unregulated care providers
Requirements:
Current provincial registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge and critical thinking
Strong written and oral communication skills
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
Bring compassionate nursing, clinical documentation, and relationship-building skills to Cogir Senior Living's resident-centred care team.
