This temporary full-time evening position reports to the Director of Care at Sienna Senior Living. You will guide clinical teams, coordinate resident-centred care, and support efficient home operations. The work focuses on safe care, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
Develop resident care plans with healthcare professionals
Train, supervise, and evaluate nursing professionals
Maintain documentation for care, medications, and incidents
Coordinate inspections, audits, and regulatory surveys
Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent post-diploma education
Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses
At least one year nursing experience in long-term care
Two to three years registered nursing management experience
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Bring registered nursing leadership, clinical oversight, and quality improvement experience to St. George Long Term Community in Toronto.
