Cogir Senior Living seeks Registered Practical Nurses to deliver planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed care under provincial standards. You will build trusted relationships, implement care plans, maintain accurate documentation, and support unregulated care providers. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, critical thinking, and personalized resident care.

• Provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and teams
• Implement and evaluate care plans, making changes as required
• Complete accurate, current clinical assessments and documentation
• Teach, delegate, direct, coach, and mentor unregulated care providers

• Current provincial registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge and critical thinking
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
