Grounds Maintenance Labourer Position

Become a Grounds Maintenance Labourer and contribute to our landscaping projects. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can manage outdoor tasks and work efficiently in teams.

This full-time, seasonal role involves various responsibilities, from trimming shrubs to operating grass cutting equipment. The team will engage in both softscaping and hardscaping. The job demands physical fitness, and familiarity with various tools is advantageous. Individuals must be prepared to tackle outdoor conditions throughout the workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trim shrubs and pull weeds as needed

• Safely operate push and ride-on mowers

• Use power tools like a line trimmer and backpack blower

• Apply fertilizers to maintain landscapes

• Collaborate with teammates on grounds upkeep

Requirements:

• Physically capable of repetitive tasks

• Experience in softscaping is an asset

• Can understand and follow both verbal and written instructions

• A valid driver’s license is a plus

• Strong work ethic across all weather conditions
