Working under the Chief Farmer and Lead Farmer, you’ll take part in installing gardens that reconnect the community with nature. This temporary role offers a unique opportunity to work outdoors while fostering teamwork and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move materials and plants to designated production areas

• Set up and open garden spaces collaboratively

• Ensure a clean working environment during installations

• Help with watering and installing plant support systems

• Follow safety procedures throughout projects

Requirements:

• Good physical condition to handle lifting and outdoor work

• Availability for long hours in varying weather

• High-pressure environment readiness essential

• Personal vehicle or transportation access required

• Passion for agriculture or gardening is important
