Position: Field Support Diagnostics Representative - IDEXX
Elevate veterinary diagnostics as a Field Support Representative with IDEXX in Toronto North. This role requires travel and interaction with clients to ensure usage of IDEXX products is optimized.

As a Veterinary Field Support Representative, you will work closely with veterinary clinics, providing technical support and training on IDEXX systems. Building customer relationships is key to overcoming challenges unique to each practice while focusing on educating clients about diagnostic tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel 75% of the time for client visits

• Install and provide training on IDEXX equipment

• Support customers with onsite troubleshooting

• Utilize programs for effective planning of visits

• Flexible scheduling based on clients’ needs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant veterinary experience

• Knowledge of IDEXX tools is a plus

• Clean driver's license and reliable transportation

• Commit to residing in the Toronto North territory

• Excellent listening and communication skills
